Hosting

The service is hosted by OVHcloud in France, including the Gravelines region, Zone Industrielle Les Huttes. Data categories, retention periods, processors and any transfers are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Payments and technology partners

Payments are processed by Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, the Netherlands, a payment service provider supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank. Z.AI (JINGSHENG HENGXING TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD., Singapore) is an optional technology partner for Wall of Fame pre-screening. Users may untick the AI option and choose human-only review; Z.AI never decides publication. Google, Langbly, the email provider and carriers are used only for selected or necessary functions described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

UFoundMe!, its visual identity, logo, O mascot, software, interfaces, copy and original creations belong to MOLDEREZ-CONSULT SRL or are used under licence. Access to the service transfers none of these rights. Where a map or third-party content is displayed, applicable attribution and licence notices must remain visible.

Complaints and mediation

First send any complaint to gilles.capelluto@molderez-consult.be with the account email, order reference and requested outcome. If no amicable solution is reached, a consumer may contact the Consumer Mediation Service, North Gate II, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels · contact@consumerombudsman.be · +32 2 702 52 20 · consumerombudsman.be. The former European ODR platform has been discontinued and is therefore not offered.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies. For consumer contracts, this choice does not remove mandatory protection granted by the law of the consumer’s habitual residence where it cannot be derogated from by agreement. Jurisdiction is determined by the applicable mandatory rules.
